She is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, with a background in IT and education. She specialises in leadership and management development programmes, staff engagement and vocational training.

Elizabeth Webber
MBA FCIPD – Director
Elizabeth has a masters degree in business and is a qualified Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development. She holds membership of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Counselling at Work Division) and the Register of Competence in Occupational Testing. With a background
in business development and health, Elizabeth specialises in HR management, organisational change and
executive coaching.
