Heads of departments have responded well and turnover has increased |
Jeremy recognised that his business needed to meet the changing needs of their market. In making that change, he decided he would use it as a vehicle to reduce the business’ day to day reliance on him as an individual.
Through discussions with a PeopleRealm consultant, both aims were able to be achieved by redefining business objectives, redesigning the organisational structure and developing key individuals.
Jeremy reflected ‘Following the implementation of the new structure the business has been streamlined, heads of departments are responding well to their devolved autonomy and annual turnover has increased’.
