A greater level of staff engagement and increased business productivity

As a company, the MD was concerned by an emerging culture of disengagement within its workforce from business goals.
PeopleRealm put in a team of specialists to conduct focus groups on attitudes, training needs and senior level communication. Alongside this, questionnaires were distributed for anonymous completion to provide a further rich source of information.
The detailed analysis enabled an action plan to be formulated. The MD commented “My top team fully supported the recommended actions and have put in place implementation plans that should realise a greater level of staff engagement and ultimately increase business productivity”. |
